Had the old 2000 model for 10 years it was fantastic, never skipped a beat and I raved about it to my friends, until it finally died.. Also, cord is too short, the water container difficult to remove I bought a steammop back in about 2000 - excellent, loved it, cried when it died.. This one has lasted 3 years which is very disappointing The water tank is on the handle up the top.

Sometimes steam came out but not much, the floor hardly seemed wet and I could touch the bottom of the mop with my hand and not burn myself as it wasn't even hot.. To my disappointment this had to be replaced just months after due to water regulator breaking, and I had to do all the running around with getting it replaced..
